What is it?

The PUMA Fitness Tour is a free, one-day outdoor fitness experience offering exclusive workouts from some of the top fitness instructors in your community. 


How much does it cost?

Zero, zilch, nada. The PUMA Fitness Tour is a completely free, complimentary experience.

Can I sign up for more than one class?


How long are the classes?

All classes are 45 minutes long.

We have lockers and locks available for attendee use. 


How do I sign up? 

You may reserve your class online through the links provided below.  While walk-ins are welcome, space is not guaranteed. We encourage signing-up online to ensure participation. Schedule is first-come first-served and subject to change.

What happens if I can’t make it? 

We understand that things come up, and you might have to cancel a class you've booked. When that happens, be sure to let us know as soon as you can so another person can enjoy this experience. Please visit our cancellation and fill out the required forms to be removed from our participation list.

How does the waitlist work?

When someone cancels, everyone on the waitlist will receive an email letting you know there is a spot open.  Enrollment is then handled on a first-come first-serve basis.


Are your classes for all levels? What if I can’t do something?

We welcome all levels of fitness—you can always take things at your own pace and modify your experience.


What if I want to switch classes?

You can sign-up for as many classes as you like. Please make sure to cancel reservations for classes you will no longer attend.


What should I bring?

Just yourselves! (and maybe your phone for a few selfies 😉) We recommend you bring a towel and a water bottle. We have hydration stations for you to fill your water bottle and will provide yoga mats for yoga and HIIT classes. Athletic shoes are required for all classes except yoga. 


Arriving late + early?

If you're not signed in 10 minutes prior to class, we will give away your spot. To respect the experience and other class members, we do not allow anyone to enter a class later than 3 minutes after the class has started. If you must leave early, please let the instructor know ahead of time.

Do you have locker rooms?

We do not have locker/changing rooms but do have two refresh stations with an array of products to allow you to freshen up post-sweat 


Is there an age requirement?

Yes, you must be 18 or older to participate


Can I bring a plus one?

Bring your friends! But please ensure they sign-up sign up online to reserve their spot.
